How to Eliminate Serious Refrigerator Odors

During daily use, refrigerators will often pick up bad odors from food. These odors are usually controlled by performing regular refrigerator cleaning using a mild detergent and by keeping an odor absorbent material inside the refrigerator. Baking soda or granulated charcoal is the most common deodorizer used for this purpose. However, in time these absorbents become “full.” They lose effectiveness after a few weeks to a couple of months. Change them before they wear out. This keeps a refrigerator smelling clean and fresh.
