Roy J. Drake
Roy is the CEO of SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro and Stockton. He has been in the cleaning and restoration industry since the late 1990’s and has owned and operated his SERVPRO franchises since 2006. Roy is Master Certified in the IICRC with more than ten certifications. He leads his team of highly qualified professionals with a "Lead from wherever he's needed" attitude.
Tammy Jensen
Tammy is our Stockton General Manager. She is also our senior advisor for fire and contents production across our three offices. She oversees a team of highly skilled and dedicated managers and fire and content production technicians who are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service, in what in some cases are some of the most trying times in their lives. Tammy has been in the restoration industry since 2003. Her experience in structural and content cleaning for residential and large commercial losses are without peer. She has earned IICRC: Water, ASD, Fire and Odor Control certifications. Tammy is most proud of her role to serve the community of Stockton.
Monica Garcia
Monica is the Office Manager of our Stockton location. She has become a cornerstone of our team. Starting her journey as an administrative assistant back in 2017, she has demonstrated exceptional versatility and commitment, evolving into her current role. Her extensive experience spans across various departments, where she has played a crucial roles in scheduling, collections, invoicing, estimating, intake, and taking care of customer concerns. Her willingness to lend a hand wherever needed has not only streamlined operations but also fostered a collaborative environment. We are very privileged to have Monica as a part of our team and her role in our office has been key in our success and will continue to be for our future.
Felicia Flores
Felicia has been an invaluable member of our team for the past year, bringing her bright, positive attitude to the office every day. As our Administrative Assistant/AR Specialist, she is known for her unwavering support across all departments, her dedication makes her a true asset to our team. Kelsey Owens
Kelsey serves as the estimator for SERVPRO of Stockton/Livermore. With many years of industry experience, she has become an invaluable asset to our team. Her expertise in MICA and Xactimate has been instrumental in driving success and efficiency. Kelsey’s collaborative spirit and willingness to share her knowledge have greatly benefited SERVPRO Team Drake, fostering growth and teamwork.
Lisa Fowler
Lisa Fowler, our Marketing Coordinator, has been with the team for almost 8 years, bringing invaluable experience and insight. Having previously served as an SMR, she has a strong understanding of the business and its objectives. Lisa focuses on creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. By coordinating promotional events and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, she plays a key role in strengthening the company's presence in the market and supporting its continued growth.
Moises Rosales
Moises is our Marketing Coordinator. He is the administrator of all of our social media. Moises works in the community/public relations field by developing business bonds and providing educational opportunities for outside parties. He works side-by-side with the Administration and Production team as well as our customer service field.
James Armenta
James Armenta, one of our Production Managers, brings extensive experience from his tenure with SERVPRO, where he refined his leadership and management skills. Known for his ability to communicate expectations clearly and effectively, James excels in guiding the crew to success on every project. His proven track record in the industry makes him an invaluable asset to SERVPRO Team Drake, and we look forward to the continued growth and accomplishments he will contribute to our team.
