SERVPRO of Stockton Toy Drive

SERVPRO of Stockton coordinated a Toy Drive for the 2017 holidays that collected lots of toys and other gifts for children who might not otherwise have had a Merry Christmas. Our Stockton headquarters looked like Santa’s workshop in late November, as seen in this video, hundreds of presents mounding up, waiting for pickup for that special girl or boy.

A wide range of fun, fancy, and functional gifts flowed into our lobby during the fall of 2017. November 18th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm was the target date and times, and the community responded with a magical sleigh full of toys -- or should we say a magical Big Green SERVPRO truck full of everything a child could desire? We parked in the Walmart lot to ease the gift sharing for our neighbors and friends. Our appreciation to those who added to the festive load on that pre-holiday Saturday is heartfelt.

The variety received provided a great fit for the families and children served by the Gospel Center Rescue Mission Shelter. Games and puzzles provide a bonding experience for a whole family. Dolls and action figures that are often at the top of a little one’s list were stocked in abundance, ready to delight hopeful Christmas Eve dreamers. Cars, balls, art supplies, books, stuffed animals, and much more offered a comprehensive selection sure to satisfy the wishes of these children at a tough time in their and their families’ lives.

Our commitment to our community is fulfilled in part by our efforts to inspire local businesses and residents to make a holiday a little brighter for a child in need. We also help with local food drives while always making ourselves available to educate and respond when disaster strikes homes and commercial properties.

Let SERVPRO of Stockton lend a hand if you experience a water, fire, storm, or another disaster. The well-being of the entire community is our priority. Reach us 24/7 at (209) 477-3090.
