Kitchen Ceiling Repairs

Water Damage in this Stockton home appeared to be minor when the ceiling began to drip. Wisely, the homeowner called SERVPRO to assess the damage. We used moisture detection devices to determine the magnitude of the water damage to the ceiling. Unfortunately for the owner it was saturated. We took the water soaked sheetrock down along with water that had accumulated. Next, we had to clean up water and remove the damaged materials. We began the drying and humidification process then monitored the process. Once the structural materials dried, we replaced the ceiling and turned the kitchen back over to the homeowner.
