Water Damage at Senior Center

When a property disaster such as a fire or water damage happens in a business it can have an impact on the operation of the business. That is what could have happened with this water damage in this picture. We were able to solve the problem and make the necessary repairs with very little impact on the business operation. The room is a busy dining facility at a senior care facility.

When we opened the ceiling so plumbing pipes could be repaired and when we performed the cosmetic repairs of replace the sheetrock, plaster and paint, everything was done in the evening while the dining room was not in service. We call this "business interruption solution."
